Clarify App Design
Culligan is a company that handles many things water for a wide range of people, so helping to make sure people stay hydrated and connected proves beneficial. Clarify was concepted on being simple to navigate while also being informative for people who are concerned about, not just, the quality of their water but also existing customers who have Culligan water Softeners. Adding an AR component that measures both the users bottles and helps monitor water consumption habits helps to make it an app for people trying to build and maintain healthier habits, while adding a quiz styled assessment helps those consumers concerned about the safety of their water.

Rivian Equipment Guide
Described as the Patagonia of electric vehicles Rivian understands the precedence of functionality and style, so designing a post purchase brochure to quantify the cool helped reinforce that. I spent a fair amount of time on this project sourcing and composting images to help carry the feeling of adventure and exploration through this project, while emulating the day and night cycle through the choice of color and images per section. Additionally, I took a similar approach at social media posts to help call out some of the highlights of this unique electric vehicle.

MadCat Rebranding
MadCat is a local pet supplies store in Madison and is a go-to for many pet parents who want to help support small business. I chose to accent the MadCat logo with gradients and pops of bright color to convey an approachable, and informative, establishment with a sense of humor that cares about good customer service. I sourced a lot of inspiration from a lot of minimalist-abstract art to help raise that sense of curiosity and carry a light-hearted sense of joy to this design, while also emulating that through the nature of this design.

Creative Mornings Liminal
This project is for the monthly lecture program Creative Mornings, the goal was to come up with a base image that is indicative of the feeling of the topic of discussion, specifically the idea of liminality. When brainstorming this project, I wanted to convey a dreamlike state that embodies the feelings that being in a mentally liminal space is like, while also grounding the idea for a broader audience. For the later portion of this project, it was swapped with a partner in class, Larissa, where we both influenced the direction of our respective social media posts with the direction and criticisms of the original artists helping to gain a better understanding of how to convey their intended direction. Overall, this remains one of my favorite projects due to the copacetic nature of the communication and the end results of that experience on the base design.

Nescafé Instant Coffee
Who doesn’t love coffee? I took my appreciation for coffee seriously with this specific project by producing an ad series for Nescafé instant coffee, this included determining a concept and layout for this series and copywriting. I used cheeky language and simple images to help make this simple series down to earth and charming, while also being palatable. My goal for this project was to show how despite coffee being a love or hate relationship for many, the severity of missing one’s serving of bean water can affect their mood drastically.
