Misty Mountain Games Branding
For this freelance project, I collaborated with a local tabletop game store to craft a distinctive logo and branding identity. The owner's vision centered around the incorporation of a goat and mountain motif into the design. Our creative solution involved utilizing a D20 die as the centerpiece, with a mountain goat gracefully perched on top. We ensured that the logo perfectly resonated with the fun-loving, dynamic, and welcoming ambiance of Misty Mountain Games.
In pursuit of this lively atmosphere, we carefully selected a color palette that included vibrant reds and blues. The typography we chose for the logo embodies a playful and artistic quality, mirroring the spirit of the games played at the store. Notably, I modified the "G" in the logo font to harmonize with the overall aesthetic. In contrast, the subheading and body copy are simple and clean. The motifs used in the marketing materials, such as the paint splatters, also work to give Misty Mountain Games a fun vibe.

Starbucks Brochure
I designed a brochure for a fictional Starbucks coffee blend, Stargazer Blend, targeting dreamers who enjoy coffee throughout the day. Inspired by tarot cards and art deco, I curated a visually captivating direction using a dark green, gold, and brown palette to evoke a stargazing mood. Stars served as a central motif, reinforcing the theme and capturing attention. The headline font exudes sophistication, while a simple sans-serif complements it in the body copy, showcasing my ability to balance typographic elements effectively. This project underscores my proficiency in seamless design integration.
Sam's Yams Packaging
When I noticed the packaging of one of my dog's favorite treats, I recognized the urgent need for a redesign. My thought was to infuse elegance while preserving the natural, healthy essence. A mix of three carefully selected fonts and diverse textures was instrumental in conveying the desired theme. Additionally, I crafted a distinctive logo for the fictional brand "Naturally Happy Pets," featuring a fusion of a leaf and pawprint motif. This project exemplifies my dedication to typography and a penchant for innovative design.

Camp K9 Responsive Website
I crafted a responsive website for Camp K9 Pet Resort, inspired by a Western theme with the phrase "git along lil doggies." The color palette, featuring orange, brown, and tan, evokes a Wild West nostalgia. The textured header font, reminiscent of saloon typefaces, enhances thematic consistency. Meticulously photoshopped dogs wearing hats, wheat, and sheriff's badges add playfulness. A testimonial section highlights positive feedback, emphasizing Camp K9's trustworthiness. An Instagram carousel showcases adorable dogs for a delightful visitor experience. I enjoyed working with the different layouts of desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Tom's Bourbon Label
For this freelance project, I crafted a masculine and classic label design for Tom's Bourbon. The color palette of navy and gold establishes a classic feel, complemented by subtle texture in the subhead font. Precision matters, and I modified the "T" in "Tom's" for readability. Additional details like the barrel icon and duotone photo enhance visual interest. Managing required text, sizing, and collaborating with a printer for a dieline (as depicted in the photo) underscores my proficiency in client collaboration, typography, and dieline execution.
