This booklet was created to highlight the retro/vintage feel Gramovox evokes through its Bluetooth Gramophone and Vertical Turntable. While researching I came up with the tagline "shape the future in the form of the past" which illustrates how their products are inspired by vintage esthetics, yet use modern technology. To help visualize the nostalgic character of their products I pulled together a muted pastel color pallet, and deconstructed the Gramovox and Vertical Turntable down to basic 3D shapes that were then used as decorative elements.
The Bell Bullitt is arguably the most “Bad Ass” motorcycle helmet ever made. It gives riders the esthetic of a vintage bell star helmet with full face protection and modern technology. The concept for the responsive web design was to give the impression that “Bad Ass” bikers should wear helmets, and that helmet should be the Bullitt. I compiled images of vintage bikers and used a combination of gritty hand lettering, fonts, and acrylic illustrations to really give the design a tough masculine appearance.

When tasked with refreshing the brand identity of a local business, I immediately thought of Full Spectrum Solar. Full Spectrum Solar has been designing quality solar powered systems for residential and commercial clients since 2002, and I thought their branding should be a visual representation of the quality of work they produce. I started by creating a clean modern logo, and updating the brands color palette with a vibrant yellow and teal combination. To bring a sense of cohesion to their marketing materials I created a decorative element of a solar cell that was designed with a minimalist’s approach.
